About

Founded by a lineman. Built for developers.

The story behind R&B Power and the team powering Texas infrastructure.

Our Story

It started with a crew of three and a single subdivision.

R&B Power Inc. was founded in 2019 by Bailey West — a journeyman lineman who saw a gap in the market. Texas developers needed a single, accountable partner for electrical infrastructure, not a patchwork of disconnected subcontractors.

What started as a small crew handling residential distribution has grown into a full-service power delivery firm trusted on some of the state’s largest master-planned communities and commercial developments. Today, R&B Power operates coast to coast, delivering end-to-end electrical infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

What Drives Us

Built on principles that power results.

Reliability

Developers count on us to meet energization deadlines. We plan conservatively, execute decisively, and communicate proactively so timelines never slip.

Accountability

One team owns the outcome from design through energization. No layered subcontracting, no finger-pointing — just a single point of responsibility.

Partnership

We work alongside developers and general contractors as an integrated partner — not just a vendor. Your project goals are our project goals.

Our Team

The people behind the power.
